• Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Delays

• Redeemed Monarch is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

• Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at redeemed.monarch@gmail.com with photos of the package and items.

• If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
